September General Membership Meeting

Location Little Joe’s restaurant—Grand Blanc

Board Meeting at 5pm. Please arrive at 6:15pm to order food. GMM to start at 6:30pm. Food and drinks on your own. 

We will be voting on the budget. Please plan to attend. 

Donations

Our Done in a Meeting/Done in a Day (DIAM/DIAD) for September is to bring donations for Ele’s Place, Voices for Children Advocacy Center and Shelter of Flint during our Bus Tour on September 17. They have requested the following items:

Ele’s Place

• ● Potluck supplies (plates, forks/knives/spoons, napkins, cups)
• ● Antibacterial wipes,
• ● Art supplies (crayons, markers, stickers for scrapbooks, glue sticks and tacky glue) or
• ● Gift cards (Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Dollar Tree)

Voices for Children Advocacy Center

● Individually wrapped snacks for the children (hot Cheetos, chips, granola bars, cookies, juice boxes, etc.)

Shelter of Flint

• ● Personal hygiene items for women, men, and children (deodorant; body wash/soap; shampoo and conditioner for
• all hair types; toothpaste; toothbrushes)
• ● Individual serving size food items for our homeless outreach team (please, nothing that requires a can opener or
• scissors to open)
• ● Travel size (hotel size) hygiene products
• ● Household cleaning supplies and paper products
