On average, we provide more than 500 volunteer hours of work per year in the Flint area, helping hundreds of children live a healthier lifestyle. We also train future leaders for our community through workshops, education sessions, and directed leadership conferences. None of this would be possible without our community’s support. |
Ways to Give
The JLF offers many vehicles for support. You may elect to contribute cash to our Endowment Fund. You may sign up to sponsor one of our community-based fundraising events. You may choose to remember the JLF in your estate planning. Or, you can join us as a volunteer at an event.

- Living for Tomorrow – The JLF Endowment Fund – The Endowment Fund helps sustain the JLF in perpetuity. The interest earned in the Endowment Fund helps offset operational costs. The Endowment Fund is managed by the Community Foundation of Greater Flint. Make a gift today.
- Society 1928 - Individuals who make a gift of $1,928 to the Junior League of Flint Endowment Fund will become lifetime members of Society 1928 and will be honored at an event each spring. More...
- Living for a Legacy – Memorial and Planned Giving – Remember all your fond memories of your years in the JLF, or a JLF project that has made a positive impact in your life? Now you can gift in legacy to the JLF, without impacting your immediate cash-flow. Ensure that your funeral arrangements include that Memorial Gifts may be directed to the JLF. Or, include a provision in your will or trust that a portion of your estate be gifted to the JLF. Your estate or financial planner can make this happen in minutes, and you won’t have to think about it again.
