October DIAD: Whaley Trunk or Treat

Please join Junior League of Flint for our October Done in a Day activity!  

This month we will be bringing some Halloween Cheer to the kids at Whaley by participating in their  Annual Trunk or Treat  Event.  Volunteers are asked to decorate their cars and to bring treats for the kids.  Whaley Children's Center is currently housing 42 children.  When planning, please keep in mind that many of these kids are teenagers.

Set up will begin at 5 pm and the kids will arrive at 6pm.  The event will take place in Flint.  The location will be provided to those who registered prior the event.  

This is a family friendly volunteer opportunity.
