The Junior League of Flint is excited to welcome Natasha Cooper, founder and CEO of the nonprofit “Is This Menopause, or What?!” — an organization dedicated to breaking down myths, stereotypes, and the frequent misdiagnosis surrounding peri-menopause and menopause.
Natasha is passionate about changing the conversation around women’s health by educating and empowering women to better understand what’s happening in their bodies during this stage of life. When these topics are misunderstood or ignored, it can lead to confusion, frustration, and missed opportunities for proper care.
Together, we’ll break down barriers and create a safe space for honest conversations about aging, peri-menopause, menopause, and the questions many women have but don’t always feel comfortable asking.
Bring a friend and come learn something new!
DIAD – Done in a Day
Join us Saturday, March 28 from 12–2 PM as we volunteer at the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan. The best part? Our volunteer hours also support FISH of Grand Blanc — meaning one volunteer opportunity helps TWO amazing nonprofits!
DIAD Location:
Food Bank of Eastern Michigan
1939 Howard Ave., Flint, MI 48503
Be sure to use the Howard Ave. address (not the Lennon Rd. address)to get to the correct parking lot. The volunteer entrance is on the right side of the building toward the back.
DIAM – Done In A Month
We will be collecting financial donations for Crossover to support their important work in our community.
Together, we’re building a brighter, stronger community by developing women who do a world of good.
